Menista is an international tailoring brand with operations and customer support across India and the United States, together with international fulfilment and warehouse presence in the United States and Europe.

Orders & Custom Garments

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud or measurement-related concerns. Made-to-measure, custom and altered garments are produced from the choices, measurements and details confirmed for your order. Natural variations in fabric, colour, weave and screen display may occur.

Prices, Payments & Taxes

Prices, promotional offers and availability may change before an order is accepted. You must provide accurate billing, shipping and payment information. Duties, taxes and import charges may apply to international orders where not collected at checkout and are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Custom garments have limited change-of-mind return and cancellation rights after production begins, without affecting remedies available for defects, Menista production errors, wrong items or material mismatches, or rights required by applicable law.

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. All website content, designs, photographs, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to Menista or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
