Menista is an international tailoring brand with operations and customer support across India and the United States. This policy applies to orders placed through Menista.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Garments

Most Menista garments are cut, tailored, personalised or altered to individual specifications. Therefore, change-of-mind returns, exchanges and cancellations for made-to-measure or custom garments are generally not available once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We assess requests according to the stage of production and will confirm any available options in writing.

Defects, Production Errors & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us if an item is defective or damaged, if we sent the wrong item, if there is a Menista production error, or if the material materially differs from the confirmed order. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include an alteration, remake, replacement, refund or another resolution.

Authorised Returns & International Return Routing

Do not send an item back without Menista's prior written authorisation. Customers and NRIs based in North America or Europe must contact Menista before returning anything. We will direct you to the nearest dedicated Menista warehouse or authorised return location in North America or Europe, as applicable. We do not publish a fixed return address because the correct location depends on the order and region.

Where a return is authorised, please follow the instructions provided. We may request photographs, your order number and other reasonable information to assess the request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. The timing of the final credit depends on your payment provider. Any treatment of shipping charges, duties or taxes will be explained with the resolution and handled in accordance with applicable law.
