Is Menista a U.S. or international brand?

Menista is an international tailoring brand rooted in Ludhiana, India and serving customers in the United States and other markets.

Can I order a custom-size suit online?

Yes. Choose the custom-size option where available and we will tell you what measurements or photographs are useful for the order.

I don't know how to measure myself. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Start with our Measurement Guide. We can help you review the measurements, and may request a photograph of the tape placement if anything needs clarification.

Do I need to show my face in measurement photographs?

No. You may crop or blur your face.

Can I customize the colour or design?

In many cases, yes. Send your reference or explain what you want before ordering and we will confirm what is possible for the garment and fabric.

How long will my order take?

Timing varies with the garment, customization and destination. If you have an event date, contact us before ordering so we can review the current production and delivery options.

Can Menista make garments for a wedding party?

Yes. Tell us the design, colour, quantities and event date. Each person can provide separate measurements while the group maintains a coordinated look.

What if my garment needs an alteration?

Can custom-made garments be returned?

Custom garments have different conditions from ordinary ready-to-wear items. Your rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different items remain applicable. Please read the Return & Refund Policy for the full terms.
