You do not need to understand tailoring to order a tailored garment. That part is our job.
01 — CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Choose the product, design, colour and available options closest to what you want. If you have a reference photograph or a different idea in mind, send it to us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
02 — PLACE YOUR ORDER
Order through the website. For a custom-size garment, select the relevant option and include any useful notes about your event, fit preferences or design.
03 — CONFIRM THE DETAILS
We review the order and any customization request with you by text, email or WhatsApp. This is where we confirm the garment details, measurements needed and any time-sensitive requirements.
04 — SEND YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Use our measurement guide as a starting point. We may ask for measurements, simple fit photographs or a photo of the tape placement to understand proportion and posture more accurately. You may crop or blur your face.
05 — WE REVIEW EVERYTHING
Measurements are checked against your height, weight and overall proportions before production. If something appears inconsistent, we contact you rather than guessing.
06 — YOUR GARMENT IS TAILORED
Once the details are confirmed, the garment is cut, stitched, finished and checked by the Menista team.
07 — DELIVERED TO YOU
We keep you informed as your order moves through the process. For delivery timing or an event deadline, contact us before ordering so we can review the current options with you.
