Founder
Shoaib leads Menista's direction, bringing together its tailoring work, product offering and customer experience. His focus is personal service, honest value and clothing made around the person wearing it. He works with the team to keep design, production and client support connected from the first enquiry to the finished garment.
Lead Designer
Faiz shapes the design of Menista's clothing, from silhouettes and proportions to fabric choices and finishing details. He translates a customer's ideas into a clear direction for the tailoring team, balancing personal style with wearability. His role keeps the look of each garment considered and coherent.
Client Relations
Anjali helps clients navigate the made-to-measure process with clear, personal communication. She supports enquiries, measurement guidance and order updates, and makes sure preferences and questions reach the right people. Her focus is helping every client feel informed and supported throughout their order.
Operations Manager
Inder coordinates the day-to-day work behind each order, keeping client requirements, production schedules and dispatch planning connected. He helps the team organise the next steps and track progress as garments move through the workshop. His role keeps the process running smoothly and helps issues receive timely attention.
Production & Quality
Aabid focuses on garment production and quality, with attention to construction, stitching, finishing and the details agreed for each order. He works with the tailoring team to review garments against their specifications and address issues before dispatch. His role helps turn the design brief into a carefully finished piece.
