Tailored garments are different from ordinary ready-made clothing. A small adjustment to a sleeve, waist or trouser length can often create a better result than replacing the entire garment.
COMMON ALTERATIONS
Depending on the garment and construction, a local tailor may be able to adjust the trouser waist or length, jacket waist, sleeve length or waistcoat fit.
IF SOMETHING DOESN'T FIT
Contact us with your order number, wearing photographs, a clear description of the issue and any measurements requested by our team. We will help identify the most practical next step.
IF THERE IS A DEFECT OR MENISTA ERROR
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly. We will review the case and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include an alteration, remake, replacement, refund or another resolution.
MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
Custom garments are made to individual specifications. Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and cancellations may not be available once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
